Ann and Lars's house is the best place to stay in Davenport! It's not so far from the parks and the structure of the house and the neighborhood is amazing! The house accommodates 15 people of my family with luxury!!!! Thanks Ann and Lars!

I was in Orlando for a big project at Universal and needed a big enough space for me and my team. This house was perfect. It was beautiful and had just what we needed. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was just as in the pictures and a lot of fun. There were four of us, we took the 1st floor and it was still big enough! Kitchen had everything you need, WiFi was good and there was no need for a key, you can simply enter a code so everyone on my team can easily leave and come back. There are restaurants not too far. Overall highly recommend if you are ever in need of a spacious house for a big group.

House was large and accommodated our enormous family easily. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen with over-sized dining table was perfect. The Internet worked great, location was close to everything we wanted to visit.

My family and I had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. Ann & Lars were AMAZING!!! And the team that they work with to ensure the home is ready to go went above and beyond. Leon was there to ensure our check-in and check-out went smoothly and ensured the home was comfortable during an extremely stressful time. On top of that the home was perfect! The location of the house is very good and quiet.This trip was great, the price was not too expensive, and there were necessary living facilities around.But the attitude of the house cleaner Mike was so bad that it almost ruined the trip.Great Host, I hope to stay again next time.

Beautiful home. We had a total of 13 guests! It was very spacious! The neighbors were quite lovely. The home was near the Orlando strip where we spent the day Saturday. I would love to rent this home again and I recommend it to all my friends and family!

Let me start off by saying, STAY HERE. The house is absolutely perfect. The hosts were accommodating and kind. They took us in last minute when we had a terrible altercation with another airbnb host. My children loved playing hide and seek throughout the house and the pool. There is an orange bush right behind the home. We enjoyed fresh juice from them. The beds are very comfortable and pillows are plentiful. Everything is so soft. The kitchen has everything you need. The theater is perfect for family night. My favorite part was the giant kitchen table for family dinner and playing games together. I wish we could stay forever. I look forward to staying in another house of theirs in Europe. You will not regret a single thing staying here. Book it!

Upon arrival there was fresh strawberries and champagne awaiting us. The house is truly an 11 bedroom that is very close to stores for groceries and several fast food restaurants. The golf course is just steps away!!

We were a group of 8, so it was great for us to have our own room and king size bed. The space for us 8 was perfect. The check in process was easy. Sarah, the caretaker, met us at the house to go over some information and provided us with restaurant/night life suggestions. She was nice enough to allow us to check in early which was great. I would look into renting here again.

We brought our family of 8 on a Disney world vacation and stayed at Lars and Ann's place, and it was perfect!! Plenty!! plenty of privacy for 8 or more, and great togetherness space too. Saved $$ preparing dinners at the house nights. Also conveniently located near everything! Right on the golf course, I wish I had gotten to play a round, it looked nice. Easy check in and out.
I dont have anything negative to say about our Air bnb experience!! 5 Stars!!

The house near Disney is very large and lots of sleeping space. The kitchen is updated and fully furnished. The pool and spa was nice to enjoy after spending the days at Disney. It was very nice to have plenty of bathrooms to share and lots of TV for kids to watch. We easily had two large families ( 15 people) spend the week their without feeling cramped.
Hosts Ann and Lars were very amiable.

My family (22 of us) stayed at two houses and had PLENTY of room. The houses were perfect for our disney world adventure :) They were about a 45 second walk from each other, which turned out to be perfect too. Plenty of silverware, plates, etc. I couldn't recommend this place more. We had a great time!

The hosts could not have been more gracious. We had 16 golfers and the location was within 30 minutes of every great course in the Orlando area. close to Publix, liquor store, and pharmacy. lovely location in a private community, plenty of space for all of us, awesome place for a large group.

This is a unique set up!!!!!! There are so many bedrooms but still common space for your group to unwind in. If you have a large group and are in the Orlando area I would definitely suggest these homes.
