The hosts could not have been more gracious. We had 16 golfers and the location was within 30 minutes of every great course in the Orlando area. close to Publix, liquor store, and pharmacy. lovely location in a private community, plenty of space for all of us, awesome place for a large group.

Great house with plenty of space for our group. The location was outstanding as our backyard backed up to the golf course and we were within walking distance of great amenities (pool, restaurants, golf, etc.). Would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

We rented the property to have a business retreat for the week. Location was a little further out of Orlando than expected, but not an issue at all! The only issue for us, was getting the address for the home at 5:00 pm day of check in. Understanding the reasoning from the owner though. Having 30 people traveling in from all over the south east posed a bit of a challenge and confusion. Overall, home was great!

Houses accommodated 24 individuals and all slept comfortably. The house was everything and more.

We had a great time in both of these houses. We had an issue at the beginning with the AC but Paul, the caretaker was excellent and very responsive to any issues we had and he handled them quickly. Some of the rooms are pretty small but if you need a place to sleep a lot of people, its perfect!

What an amazing experience our group had staying here. The process was smooth and all expectations were exceeded. Most of all lots of space and tons of opportunity for a fun time!

This place is simply lovely. Lots of space, beautiful pools. Responsive hosts. If you have a big group or a medium sized group where many people want their own bedrooms, this is a super solid spot. Check in was also extremely easy and our many little questions and requests during our stay were responded to quickly and adeptly!

This is a unique set up!!!!!! There are so many bedrooms but still common space for your group to unwind in. If you have a large group and are in the Orlando area I would definitely suggest these homes.

My family (22 of us) stayed at two houses and had PLENTY of room. The houses were perfect for our disney world adventure :) They were about a 45 second walk from each other, which turned out to be perfect too. Plenty of silverware, plates, etc. I couldn't recommend this place more. We had a great time!
